Are parcels being delivered internationally?

Pull-Thru Logistics is currently delivering mail and parcels to all regions within Alberta only.   If you have placed an order, you may experience a longer than normal waiting period.  Changes to operations and delivery processes is to protect employees and the public from the spread of COVID-19 may impact delivery times.

How do I obtain an estimate?

You can obtain estimated rates by contacting us for your delivery needs.

How do I get my package to Pull-Thru Logistics?

Once your package is ready to ship, you can call us and speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives to arrange a pickup.

What are the restrictions for delivering a package?

We will not transport any article that is prohibited by law.

Do I need to set up an account to ship with Pull-Thru Logistics?

No, you do not need to open an account in order to ship with us.  You can contact us for payment options.

What is the size restrictions for parcel and packages?
